This one was a big boy.
New concrete driveway going in along with a full fire-truck turnaround up in the Milpitas hills — about 115 yards of concrete, over 4 tons of #4 rebar, and roughly 115 tons of imported base rock just to get this pad right. This whole setup is tied into a major remodel, and from here you can literally see the 49ers stadium and half of Silicon Valley.
Santa Clara County is strict about fire access, so everything had to be dialed in — grading, compaction, drainage, and the full driveway pour. Clean curves, strong rebar layout, and heavy-duty concrete built to handle emergency vehicles.
