This project took place in Oakley, California, in Contra Costa County. The scope involved constructing a structural concrete retaining wall approximately 10 feet high on a hillside property. Due to site conditions and elevation changes, the wall required a wide, engineered footing and careful layout from the start, with all work built to plan.
